PAYMENTS
Your yearly assessment is $463.76 (subject to change – refer to bill). Payment is due on the first of January and is considered late if not received by the 31st day of January. For your convenience, we offer several payment options:

Payments should be remitted by check or money order payable to: Primrose Pointe HOA.
DO NOT SEND CASH. Please include your Account # located on your Dues Assessment Notice.
If you pay this bill through a bill pay program with your bank, please include your Account # and use the above mailing address.
ON-LINE PAYMENT:
You also have the option of paying your assessment online; via either e-check or credit card. Please be advised that online payments may take up to 5 days to post to your account, so please remember to submit them early.
Click on the “Make Payment” TAB at the top of the page, and then choose e-check or credit card
E-Check (no service charges) Credit Card – VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover (service charge by bank – 3% of payment amount)
Complete the information as requested:
(1)The Management Company ID# is 1093
(2) The Association ID# is 313
(3) Association Name is Primrose Pointe
(4) Management Company is HOAMCO NM
(5) Account Number (can be found on your Dues Assessment Notice)
(6) Checking Account Number (located at the bottom of your check)
(7) Routing Number (this is the 9 digit number that identifies your bank; usually the first set of numbers at the bottom left side of your check)
Make sure you’ve entered information in all required fields PLEASE NOTE: Online payments could take up to 5 days to be posted to your account. In order to avoid late charges by your Association, payment must be received by January 31, of each year. You can also make secure payments in the “Payments” tab inside the resident portal. One-time, recurring and ACH payments are available.
